Saturday started with one student from the Oasis Skateboard Factory teaching skateboard design to educators from other school boards at the Ontario Society for Education through Art conference. Saturday ended with a talented crew of students parading their music, drumming, masks and giant puppets through the streets as part of the Night of Dread.

Open House & Community Council Meeting Date

You are invited to an Open House, organized by our students and teachers, after our school day on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. We hope you can come meet the school staff and familiarize yourself with the school. We are located at 20 Brant Street (1 block west of Spadina, north of King) on the 3rd floor.

That night from 7:00 to 8:00 PM we will be holding the first Arts & Social Change Community Council Meeting of the year. This group acts as a safety net to support our students and to enrich their school experience through connections to community and professional partners. Hope to see you there!
